Terms and Conditions

By hiring from The Dream Theme, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made prior to collection.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Bond

  • A refundable bond may be required for certain items.
  • The bond will be returned once all items are received in their original condition.
  • The bond will be held or partially withheld if items are returned damaged, missing, or excessively dirty.

Damage & Replacement

  • All hire items must be returned in the same condition they were collected.
  • In the event of damage, loss, or breakage, full payment for repair or replacement is required.
  • If the cost exceeds the bond amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

Hire Period

  • Pick-up: Thursday or Friday (as arranged at booking)
  • Return: Monday
  • Late returns may incur additional hire fees.

Care of Items

  • Items must be handled with care and used only for their intended purpose.
  • No alterations, painting, or modifications are permitted.
  • Items must not be left outdoors or exposed to weather unless agreed prior.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
  • Date changes may be accommodated where possible.

Responsibility

  • The hirer is responsible for all items from the time of collection until they are returned.
  • The Dream Theme is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused through the use of hired items.
