By hiring from The Dream Theme, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made prior to collection.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Bond
- A refundable bond may be required for certain items.
- The bond will be returned once all items are received in their original condition.
- The bond will be held or partially withheld if items are returned damaged, missing, or excessively dirty.
Damage & Replacement
- All hire items must be returned in the same condition they were collected.
- In the event of damage, loss, or breakage, full payment for repair or replacement is required.
- If the cost exceeds the bond amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
Hire Period
- Pick-up: Thursday or Friday (as arranged at booking)
- Return: Monday
- Late returns may incur additional hire fees.
Care of Items
- Items must be handled with care and used only for their intended purpose.
- No alterations, painting, or modifications are permitted.
- Items must not be left outdoors or exposed to weather unless agreed prior.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
- Date changes may be accommodated where possible.
Responsibility
- The hirer is responsible for all items from the time of collection until they are returned.
- The Dream Theme is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused through the use of hired items.
